  • We will proactively reach out to encourage frequent planning meetings. We must stay up-to-date with your finances, any changes to your needs and goals, and initiate plan updates.

  • We are highly flexible in both the timing of when we are available and methods of communication to make meeting participation convenient for you.

  • We manage your portfolio with discipline - always keeping our investment philosophy and process top of mind. We do our best to communicate major portfolio changes within a reasonable time frame.

  • Responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages within a reasonable period.

  • Provide requested data, information, and documents in a timely fashion.

  • Understand we have other clients and commitments, the best way to have our undivided attention is by scheduling an appointment within our business hours.

  • Be honest about your thoughts and feelings about Wealth|KC’s financial planning process, investment philosophy, client service, and support. If you feel we aren’t living up to the standards of this document, please let us know, and we will work hard to remediate the situation.
